Found some leftover currency while unpacking your suitcase? If you are a customer them, you can visit one of their Royal Bank of Scotland branches where they will buy back your foreign currency and credit the GBP amount directly to your bank account.

Can I change the date of my delivery?

Unfortunately, the date of your delivery can’t be changed once your order has been placed.

How much can I order online (minimum/maximum)?

All Travel Money orders are subject to a minimum order value of £200 and a maximum value of £2500 per person per day.

Can I order more than one currency at the same time?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of different currencies that you can order via their travel money provider, Eurochange.

Can I amend my order?

No, once an order has been placed it can’t be amended. If you need to change your order, they can cancel the order and void the payment. You can then place a new order.
